[Board] monthly outreach update

Quick summary:


   - Last month's contributor of the month was Anna Goben.
   - We have four nominees this month and are in the process of finalizing
   it.
   - We will have a writeup on the Hack-A-Way soon that Ron will distribute
   as a press release and we will use content from for social media.
   - Planning for the summer ALA meetup has started, building on last
   year's successful experiment.
   - The first video interview for "I Am Evergreen" is out with Meg Stroup
   from SCLENDS.  It has been successful but pushing more video content is on
   hold until we have someone that can do more with social media.
   - We will not unfortunately be able to do a conference t-shirt this
   year.  However, in future years once we are able to establish a new on
   demand service through RedBubble we will make conference t-shirts available
   there as limited availability items.
   - Planning work as begun on the next annual report.
