[Board] outreach update

In advance of the board meeting I am sending out the Outreach Committee's
monthly update.  Highlights:


   - Planning for the next Annual Report will begin next week.
   - Contributor of the month last month was Ken Cox, our first
   non-institutionally employed contributor, we have a healthy list of
   candidates for upcoming months but always welcome more suggestions
   - We are discussing the possibility of a new online order on
   demand store for merchandise once the transition to the new non-profit
   structure is complete.
   - We are discussing the possibility of doing a conference shirt again
   this year with the conference committee.
