[Board] Request for use of Evergreen logo

The SFC is the registered holder of 2 trademarks: the word ‘evergreen’ as applies to “electronic transmission of data and documents via computer terminals” and the word evergreen with a pine branch between ever and green, but they don’t appear to hold any copyrights on our behalf, nor can I find where they have they been involved in either of the plain graphic logos. (There was reference to adding the new round logo to the trademark in October of 2018, but that doesn’t appear to have ever happened.)
We did approve the round logo for use as is in September 2018 and MOBIUS doesn’t want to change it in any way, so I’m not sure if anything needs to be taken to the SFC.

Just for my peace of mind since a lot of boilerplate contracts only grant usage rights but not full copyright can I assume the project has full copyright? If so who is the actual legal holder of that right now, the conservancy?

It would be at their expense, and they've offered to bring any remaining buttons to conference to share there. Since the board needs to approve every use of the logo, would you be amenable to opening this discussion?
