[Board] 2021 Conference Contract Vote

Good afternoon,

At the request of the Evergreen Standing Conference Committee and MOBIUS following review of the contract, I am calling for a motion to approve the draft contract provided to the Board for review on 1/29/2020.  In order to secure the terms of this contract, it must be signed this week.
