[Board] Motion to pursue offer of assistance by MOBIUS

Having received a motion and a second, I am now opening the vote.

I am further noting that, based on circumstances and discussion, this would be a follow-up action on the review performed by the Project's lawyer prior to the cancellation decision, and we would be accepting the offer on the grounds that further negotiation has no guarantee of success.

MOBIUS has offered to have their attorney negotiate on our behalf directly with the 2021 conference venue in an effort to reduce the amount of the cancelation fees and cover the associated legal fees for their time.

I would like to make a motion that we accept this offer and have MOBIUS engage their attorney in this effort.
