MOBIUS has offered to have their attorney negotiate on our behalf directly with the 2021 conference venue in an effort to reduce the amount of the cancelation fees and cover the associated legal fees for their time.

I would like to make a motion that we accept this offer and have MOBIUS engage their attorney in this effort.
