[Board] outreach report

This will be brief.  We are continuing to work on the conference which
takes up most of our manpower right now.  Details on that are in Andrea's
report.  The Evergreen conference registration press release was sent on
March 19 and made Marshall Breeding's Library Technology Guides that same
day.  Ron is working on a press release about 3.7 already.  We have
published a playlist on the Youtube channel with videos about staff client
basics supplied by NC Cardinal.

Work on the annual report continues.  The Redbubble store has had fifteen
sales so far and earnings to date and unpaid are $38.73.
