[Board] outreach report

The outreach report is simple and short this month.  The Hack-A-Way is on
track to use Hopin again, with Evergreen Indiana supplying the service.
Myself and Keith Kaffenberger will be setting the event up and managing it.

We have a test Wordpress install up supplied by Evergreen Indiana.  Our
next meeting in September we will begin discussing organizing the static
content for discoverability.
