[Board] outreach update

Brief update for the meeting today.  The Outreach Committee (and others)
are very busy working on the conference so a few other projects have taken
a back seat while we work on it.  Andrea will have updates on that
separately.  The other project we are still pushing forward on is the
annual report.  Over the next week a variety of individuals should expect
to get communication from me asking/cajoling/pleading for written content.

Additionally, I want to say thank you to everyone who has sent in
pictures.  2020 was a challenging year for libraries but thanks to these
submissions we will be able to spotlight a little how some Evergreen
libraries have coped.
