[Board] Poll for availability for TEP Executive Session Meeting

Good evening,

I have a link below to set your availability for a special meeting of the
Evergreen Project Board.

Board members, please fill in your availability as soon as possible. I set
times for only Thursday and Friday since that would give us enough time to
announce the meeting as proscribed in the bylaws.
