[Board] New Officers Announcement to Evergreen-General?

Hi all,

I meant to bring this up at the meeting yesterday, but it slipped my mind.
My colleague was surprised to learn I had been elected board VP recently,
and suggested we make an announcement of the officer change to the
community at large. I'm sure that there are others who may not be paying
close attention to board happenings that may appreciate the update. I'm
just throwing that out there. What do we think?
