[Board] 2021 TEP Board Election

Hi all,

Jeanette and I just hashed out a timeline for this year's board election.
We will have 3 seats open.

Call For Nominations - Feb 8th
Reminder - February 22nd
Nomination Deadline - Feb 26nd
Nominees announced and voter registration begins - March 15th
Reminder - March 22nd
Voter registration ends - March 26st
Voting begins - March 29th
Reminder April 5th
Voting ends - April 9th
Notify new board members - April 12th
Community Announcement - April 13th

Let us know if you think any of this should be adjusted.

The announcement comes just before the April meeting. I presume that will
be the outgoing board members' last meeting and the incoming members' first
meeting will be in May, but what do we think about that?

Additionally, we were thinking it might be good to create a G Suite account
to manage election-related forms, documents, and communication. Perhaps
election at evergreen-ils.org? Galen, would it be possible to give Jeanette
and I access to such an account?
