Outreach report for March 2021.

The conference report will come from Andrea separately.

Ron has put out a press release for the conference which looks good.

Work on the annual report proceeds.  This year is a format change to 8.5x11
which we think will look nice.  We are using the same colors and some of
the same visual elements are previous years.  We have contacted all the
2020 financial donors to TEP about the opt-in inclusion to the
acknowledgments section.  We have not heard back from several yet that we
suspect do want to be included so I will send a second round of
communication since it is opt-in.

We have approached an academic library in India about being a possible
spotlight library this year for the report but not heard back yet.

A merchandise store has launched via Redbubble featuring two designs, the
circular Evergreen logo and 2021 conference logo.  The shop can be found

The merchandise includes things such as t-shirts, face masks, water
bottles, stickers, phone cases, and so on.  I opted to exclude shower
curtains and other things I considered oddball in the interest of making
the lists more navigatable.  Our margin on the sales is 20%.  We have had
standing permission to use the Evergreen logos (wide and circular) on
merchandising but I forgot we had not yet done so for the conference logo
so I’m asking for that retrospectively.

So far we have sold four shirts and one fitted mask with an earnings of
$17.99.  In the future, we will add designs with the horizontal and a
rotating selection of things with IRC quotes (with permission of the one
the quote is from).
