[Board] 9/16/21 minutes

Hello (the) Evergreen Project board!
I have some news - I have been asked to serve as the Director of the
Pennsylvania Integrated Library System (aka SPARK consortium) on an interim
basis while they conduct a search for a new executive director. I am
thrilled to have this opportunity, but have inadvertently double-booked
myself for tomorrow at 2 for a PaILS meeting and so will not be in
attendance at our board meeting tomorrow.

This should not be a recurring issue. If I can be useful with any action
items from tomorrow's meeting, feel free to ping me on this email address
or kgm at sparkpa.org.
