[Board] Outreach Report

I'm sending the monthly report out in advance of tomorrow's meeting.  As we
head into the holiday season we have two active projects.

The web site rework is proceeding.  We've doled out assignments for some
navigation adjustments that we are trying out on the test server and Debbie
is acting as contact to bring some questions to the board where the website
might need some clarification and/or content from the board.

The Hack-A-Way is in a holding pattern until October (just a few weeks
away!) and then we will move full speed into getting the Hopin instance up
and getting registration activated.
