[Board] monthly outreach update

Good morning,

Outreach is mainly holding course right now.  Many of us have been very
busy and out efforts have been focused as time is available for 1) sending
out press releases thanks to Ron's diligence, 2) the annual report and 3)
many of us are also working on the conference.
