[Board] Project domains transferred from SFC

Hi,

I have completed the transfer of the following domains from SFC:

evergreen-ils.org
evergreenils.com
open-ils.org
opensrf.org
evergreenils.org
evergreenils.net
evergreenils.info

We are now using Name.com as the registrar, paying a total of $83.93 to
effect the transfer.

My next steps will be to:

- Set up additional accounts so that other community sysadmins can manage
the domains
- Transfer primary DNS service to Name.com or another reliable provider
