[Board] YouTube account ownership

Hello all,

I recently requested access to the Evergreen YouTube to start uploading the
recorded AIG meetings, and Dan Scott (the current owner of the account)
mentioned that he would be willing/interested in turning over the ownership
of the account.

My thought--which I now present to you--is that now that the Project has a
Zoom account, there may be more recordings of meetings and such that might
want to be uploaded to the community's YT channel. And since the Zoom is
controlled centrally, it might make sense to have the ownership of the
YouTube owned centrally as well, with the Board parceling out access as
desired.

I thus vanish and leave the fate of this idea in your capable hands; it
just occurred to me and I thought I would bring it to your attention. I
checked this with Dan first, and I've also copied him here.
