[Board] print quote

Good afternoon,

I'm attaching the quote for the annual report.  The conference budgeted
$1,000 and this is for $533.48.  We set the copies to 125 to match the bags
and reduced the stock from 100# to 80#, it is still a very nice stock but a
significant price difference.

I assume that although the amount is budgeted that we still need to approve
the expenditure..  With the time sensitivity to have it ready I'd like to
go ahead and motion for the vote.
