[Board] outreach update

Good morning,

Outreach update:

We continue to work on the annual report which is on track for print
release at the conference.  We have had two new people recently join the
Outreach group: Kathryn Nesbit of NC CARDINAL and Stephanie Leary of
Equiox.  Kathryn has started scheduling social media including promotion of
our Youtube channel.  Right now the top channel result when searching for
Evergreen ILS is a vendor channel who has a strong Youtube presence but has
not supported Evergreen in many years.  We hope over time to push the
community channel to the top of the results.

In survey news we have not had as strong a set of responses as I would
like.  So far the following libraries / consortia have responded:

NOBLE
Beaufort County Library
De Soto Public Library
Blanchester PUblic Library
Burlington Public LIbrary
West Lafyette Public Library
SPARK/PaILS
King County Library System
Evergreen Indiana Library Consortium
Killeen Public Library
CW MARS

I am going to reach out to some of the consortia that I know have not
responded and encourage them to respond.  Since this is ongoing I have
decided to wait to put together the community survey for technologies as I
would rather only have one active survey at a time.
