[Board] Minutes from old interim governance committee

Hi all,

Happy 2023! I've been working on a small side project where I've been
updating the Evergreen history in the git repo at
https://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=history.git;a=summary.

While doing the most recent update, I noticed the Board minutes at
https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=governance:minutes only go back
to 2011, but the original interim governance committee began its work after
the April 2010 conference.

Looking at old email threads, it appears that some of those minutes were
posted to the old RSCEL site on pages that, unfortunately, were not
archived by the Internet Archive. Most were also attached to emails sent to
the old governance mailing list, but it looks like the attachments may have
been lost during the move from the old http://list.georgialibraries.org server
to the current server.

I'm just putting this message out to see if anyone may have copies of the
approved minutes anywhere so that they can be added to the web site. I'm
guessing there is a lot of info in those minutes detailing the early
discussions that led to the community's current governance structure. It
would be a shame to lose them.
