Good morning,

In quick order:

Annual Report - We have had a request from the conference to instead of
passing out the annual report on the last day of the conference to make it
available to distribute in the conference bags and plan on doing so.

Threadless - After looking at options for a new merchandising option we
have settled on Threadless.  It is price comparable to the other print on
demand options, has a good selection of options and a good reputation.
Additionally, it is used by the Koha community so they have a background of
working with similar projects.

Community Survey - I am hoping to send out the survey soon.  I have added
questions about some additional products libraries might use in conjunction
with Evergreen including reservation systems, CMSes, ERMs and ILL systems.
If I've overlooked a category please let me know.
