[Board] outreach report

Good afternoon,

Ahead of this afternoon's board meeting here is the monthly outreach
report.  As usual I will try to be brief.

* Stephanie has been busy on the website overhaul collapsing page
hierarchies and implementing a taxonomy for video content
* Content wrangling for next year's annual report is done
* Conference videos have been loaded to Youtube
* We have implemented a new content queue using a simple Google Doc to make
it easier to pull content for social media and press releases
* We have a new person to do press releases and are glad to welcome
Katherine Dannehl from PAILS
* The Hack-A-Way continues apace with attendees beginning to register.
Given interest Ruth has gone ahead and added one of the officer's houses to
the room block.
