[Board] Site Selection Committee Update

Hello,

I will not be able to attend the meeting today, but wanted to let the Board
know that I've contacted the Site Selection Committee and we will be
getting started with setting submission deadlines and making wiki updates
shortly, for the 2025 conference, with the goal to send out the call for
sites along with the announcement of the 2024 conference dates, as we
discussed at the last Board meeting.
