[Board] outreach report

Good morning,

I apologize but due to a conflict I will not be able to make the afternoon
meeting but I am sending the Outreach monthly update as usual.

Work is progressing on a press release for both next year's conference and
the Hack-A-Way.  Immediately after the Hack-A-Way the annual report work
will start up.  The move over to the consolidated calendar has been
completed and is popular.  An overhaul of the website is still moving
forward and social media is up on Facebook though Twitter/X remains much
quieter than it was before October of last year.
