[Board] outreach report

Good morning,

I will be attending the meeting this afternoon but am sending the monthly
Outreach report in advance.  Right now efforts can simply be summed up as
'conference is next week.'

Many of us have roles in the conference so we are busy there.  We also are
doing the last proofreading drafts on the annual report to have it ready in
time.

Post conference we will be doing a press release full of praise for what I
am sure, in advance, will be a great conference.
