[Board] Membership Model Subcommittee Report

Hi all,

The Membership Model Subcommittee has not met since the last Board meeting,
but Galen and I had a call yesterday  with BJ Colvin and Dan Moore of KCLS
about Washington auditor requirements for paying membership fees to
non-profit entities The notes from that report are available here

I am not able to attend today's meeting, but Galen should be able to field
any questions.

The next subcommittee meeting is scheduled for May 1.
