[Board] Outreach update

Good morning,

Here is my monthly update. I do not know if I will be able to make it to
today's board meeting.


   - We are working on a community survey for the community on web site
   changes.
   - I am still trying to regain control of the LinkedIn page for
   Evergreen. The response so far from LinkedIn would be what I would
   characterize as a null value.
   - Hack-A-Way - We need more rooms sold. The Hack-A-Way has traditionally
   been a late registration group but it could really bite us this time since
   the Evergreen Project is securing them.
   - I have sent Katie a tentative budget for Outreach which includes
   consideration for a graphic designer for the annual report, a special media
   management tool.
   - We are looking at doing a monthly newsletter but it is a future
   project at this point.
   - We are looking at getting more organized. The loss of several long
   term board members has hurt us and introduction of some project management
   tools would be useful. At our next meeting we will be reviewing three
   initial possibilities: Monday, Notion and Trelllo. After evaluating these
   may we evaluate additional options.
