[Board] Outreach Update

Good morning,

As always I'm sending the Outreach update ahead of today's meeting.  We
have passed over having a December meeting due to schedules and have moved
our Jan meeting to the second week due to the first Wednesday of the month
being so close to New Year's Day.

Topics for our January meeting will be themed around planning for 2025:

   - Following up on feedback about the website with plans to implement
   feedback both from the survey and our internal reviews.
   - Discussing better tools for managing social media.
   - Discussing better tools for workflows.
   - Recruitment to lead up a newsletter effort.
   - Planning the annual report.
