[Board] eVote - Motion to accept Carson Block's proposal and approve additional funds for writing support related to TEP strategic planning

Hello all,

During the January 18, 2024 meeting of the Evergreen Project board, the Scope of Work for assistance related to TEP Strategic Planning by Carson Block Consulting was reviewed and discussed.  The board has previously voted to expend $5000 toward this project.  During this most recent meeting, a motion was made by Kate Coleman to accept the proposed scope of work by Carson Block Consulting and also approve the expenditure by The Evergreen Project of an additional $2500 to pay for writing support of a draft strategic plan.  Joe Knueven seconded this motion.

Because several TEP board members were unable to attend this meeting, the decision was made to bring the vote for this motion to the full board via email.
