[Board] outreach report

Good afternoon,

I'm sending my report out in advance of the meeting as usual. I will not be
joining the board meeting today due to a conflicting meeting but I will be
glad to take any questions if there are any and try to answer them.

The 2024 Hack-A-Way happened last week.  While writing code is part of the
purpose of the Hack-A-Way providing a place for discussion and planning is
our primary goal and it was very productive.  A list of accomplishments has

I want to thank CW MARS and NOBLE for hosting us, they were amazing hosts
and participants.

During the conference Outreach met to review responses from the website
survey:

The consistent theme among responses was that the website needs to cater to
two audiences, existing community members and function to promote Evergreen
to potential new users.  We are proceeding with planning in that direction.
