[Board] Outreach report

Good morning,

I am sending the Outreach report in advance of the board meeting today.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the meeting but will be glad to
take any questions via email.

Current Outreach activities:


   - Stephanie continues to work on enhancing the website including an
   indexing of community videos, with a lot of work contributed by Ruth Davis.
   - Work on the 2024 annual report progresses with Green Vegan Media doing
   the layout this year.
   - we are working on a new workflow to manage content to get it to out
   end points more consistently
