Ah, good point. Maybe if new bugs are added with it as a tag, whoever sets the importance to Wishlist should remove the tag then?

I would agree with this. If the importance is High then it wouldn’t make sense for it to be a Wishlist item, tag or no. We can probably remove wishlist from the auto-completion tag list once its removed from any open bugs that have it.

Some bugs have both the tag and importance set to wishlist, others have just the wishlist tag, or just the Wishlist importance. Is there a convention here? I'm not sure how useful it is to have the two fields always agree, and you could certainly have wishlist bugs that have different levels of importance.
