[Eg-newdevs] Code samples in the wiki

We had a need to add a couple of fields to our org units so that we could
use them in the reporter, and I thought it might be handy to have in the
wiki as an example. It's pretty much the same process for adding fields to
any table and making them available to the interfaces:
