[Eg-newdevs] Does anybody else have a 3.10 server up? (Need help checking something)

I noticed the 252 weirdness in the long problematic URL as well. Is it
because it's trying to sort of do a double-redirect? Like, redirect to the
login page and pass a second redirect to the splash page? If so, do you
think that's happening in EGCatLoader.pm or in the Apache layer or... maybe
in the Angular login process?

(Honestly, I'd be happy if it ALWAYS went to the splash page rather than
trying to do a redirect after login, but I suspect a lot of people would
disagree with me.)
