[Eg-newdevs] Does anybody else have a 3.10 server up? (Need help checking something)

It looks like two things going on, the double encoding is one thing, but
the more important issue is that it's redirecting
to eg2/en-US/eg2/en-US/staff/splash. That eg2/en-US shouldn't be in there
twice.

It looks like staff/resolver.service.ts at line 125 does a redirect, and
then it happens again in staff/staff.component.ts on line 60.

If you just go to eg2/en-US/staff/login it only performs the redirect in
resolver.service.ts instead of in both places.

This seems like a bug.
