[Eg-newdevs] March New Devs Meeting - call for topics

I think focusing on the wiki sounds great.

This doesn't have to take up time on the agenda, but I can finally share
the still-very-rough draft of the accessibility guide I've been working on.
You will see "TODO" littered throughout still; I'm hoping to have those
mostly finished in time for the conference.
