I'm not sure what you've already tried, and I *haven't* tried this so YMMV.

Did you try adding Object.keys [...] (see line 170 from
https://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=Evergreen.git;a=blob;f=Open-ILS/src/eg2/src/app/staff/admin/acq/funds/fund-details-dialog.component.ts)
into
https://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=Evergreen.git;a=blob;f=Open-ILS/src/eg2/src/app/staff/share/holds/grid.component.ts
? Probably around line 231 before the return?

You'll probably also have to add some filterable Inputs to eg-hold-grid,
cause it doesn't look like it has any. The Object.keys won't work without
it, because <eg-holds-grid> doesn't know anything about filters right
now, I don't think. Our other filters everywhere else come from
share/grid/grid-column and share/grid/grid, as an example.

If you make changes to share/holds/grid.component, that will affect
anywhere that uses <eg-holds-grid>, fwiw. Looks like that's the Holds tab
in the record, pull list, in the patron account, and hopeless holds.
