Hey, everyone! I've moved the VSCode section out of the Tools wiki page
into its own page with lots of additional stuff: syntax highlight settings
for Template Toolkit files, quick HTML tips, and how to use VSCode as your
Git editor (for which you will also want the Rewrap extension).
