For an ongoing personal project, I want to try to start working on
Evergreen bugs from oldest to newest.
So I went looking for the oldest bug on launchpad and found "batch searching
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/520839>."

Once I get my test server running on a spare laptop, I want to try to write
that batch search feature and test it.

My questions about what we want in the feature, that I didn't see discussed
in the bug comments thread.
1) If the specific ISBN is not found in the catalog, but a book of the same
title is in the catalog, do we want to present that title as a positive
search result?
2) If the answer to #1 is yes, would we have to access a resource outside
of Evergreen like OCLC or even Google Books to get a title given ISBN?
