[Eg-newdevs] Choosing bugs for Monday's code review

Hey all,

I had some ideas of patches that we could look at in Monday's code review.

* Continue looking at record note tab (

* Look at this improvement to the build step -- I don't think we've looked
at anything with autoconf in our sessions yet (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2054454)
* Start looking at the new Angular reports screen -- it's a large branch,
but it's split up nicely into bite-sized commits (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1993823)

What do you think?  Any others you'd like us to take a look at?
