[Eg-oversight-board] Apropos 2012 Budget concerns.

Wow.  I would have thought 225 simultaneous connections would be enough.  I
wonder how they count those connections.  Maybe it isn't a user but a
process (e.g. if I'm reading my mail and running Tweetdeck, is that two
connections or one?
