[Eg-oversight-board] Proposed Board Composition and Elections

Hi All,

I have a question about the Proposed Board Composition and Elections
document.  Part (a) and (b) under Composition refer to the Evergreen
Software Foundation Membership....stating that Board members must be a
Foundation Member.  What is the Evergreen Software Foundation?  Is this
leftover from pre-SFC times?
