Well, upon looking at it again -- I think what happened is that I had 
simply not cleaned up after myself fully after doing a couple iterations 
of the eligibility question, so I've removed that second question as 
redundant.

I've received Ben's bio (thanks, Jim!) and added it to the survey.

I'd like to call the question: are we ready to post the election survey 
tomorrow and set it to run until midnight EDT Friday night?
