author of the policy that Galen linked to, above), based on interviews
with ten women from various open source communities about their
experiences with open source conferences.

There is also a follow-up article at http://lwn.net/Articles/425661/
that examines what happened at the Linux Conf Australia in 2011 when a
presentation triggered a response based on the anti-harassment policy;
suggesting that the right balance needs to be struck for the creation
and enforcement of such policies.
