Hi,

I spoke with Bradley and Tony.  The SFC decided to promote OPW to its
member projects only very recently, so unless somebody is willing to pledge
sponsorship on the spot, there's very little time to put our hat in for the
winter session.  *However*, both Bradley and Tony think that it is very
likely that OPW will run a summer program in 2013.  Consequently, unless
somebody feels moved to commit the additional funds now, I suggest that we
look to the summer.
