[Eg-oversight-board] Call for agenda items

Hi Ben,

Actually, I think we had originally agreed on Saturday -- at least
that's the minutes from the February meeting indicate.  That said,
since I know of at least board member who plans to be on a plane
Saturday morning, I have no object to moving it to Friday.

Can I have a quick show of hands?
