[Eg-oversight-board] Hotel points from 2014 conference venue contract

Hi,

As part of the venue contract, the conference hotel is including a small
bonus allocation of rewards program points.  Since those points must be
given to an individual and cannot be held by an organization, traditionally
Conservancy has given those to Conservancy attorney Tony Sebro as a
lagniappe.

I think this is a reasonable practice, but any other EOB has an objection,
please let me know.
