It has been a week, and three board members (2 publicly, 1 privately) have
explicitly stated that they do not object to this, and no board members
have expressed an objection.

Consequently, I will consider the question answered: the EOB does not
object to Tony Sebro retaining the points granted by Marriott in the venue
contract for the 2014 conference.
