[Eg-oversight-board] Evergreen trademark policy

Hi,

I see two relevant sections in the current trademark policy:

 * The Evergreen graphic mark ("the Logo"), registered as US
   Trademark Reg. No. 3,454,582.  The Logo is available for
   download here:  [LINK]

 * Changing the aspect ratio, perspective, angle of rotation, layout,
   color scheme (except to black-and-white or gray scale) of the Logo is
   prohibited.

Putting up the SVG (or EPS) of course will answer the question of what
the [LINK] refers to.  The SVG file also inherently provides the
specified color, but I agree that it would be useful to document the
Pantone color for the sake of anybody who intends to print the logo
professionally.
